Miracle Fishing is a classic card magic trick manufactured byTenyo Co., Ltd., a Japanese company famous for its creative and easy-to-master magic illusions. Originally developed in the 1950s by Kunichi Kiya, it was re-released as part of Tenyo’s 2020 product line.
The Effect
In a typical performance, the magician allows a spectator to select and memorize a card before returning it to the deck. The sequence then proceeds as follows:
Mixing: The deck is dropped into a paper bag and thoroughly shaken to mix the cards.
The “Fishing”: The magician lowers one end of a specially gimmicked rope into the bag.
The Reveal: When the rope is pulled out, the selected card is found miraculously tied in a knot at the end of the line.
