Refund & Returns Policy

Overview – All Sales Are Considered Final

We are in the business of selling rare and vintage magic props, which by their very nature, extra handling can reduce their value. Additionally, newer magic props represent today’s magic secrets, through which the secret, gimmick, and performance information is an aspect and variable that can’t be changed once revealed or known. 

If there’s an extenuating circumstance in which a return/refund is permitted, our refund and returns policy lasts five (5) days upon receipt of the item. If five (5) days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange even if defective.

Buyer MUST pay all associated return shipping costs and if needed, a restocking fee. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused post receipt of the item and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging if applicable.  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items regardless of extenuating circumstances: 

  • Damaged during shipping cannot be returned or refunded and must be resolved throuyg the shipping carrier.
  • Downloadable digital products; books, manuscripts, instruction sheets, etc.
  • Items used post receipt that may have sign of wear or use.
  • Vintage and used props which are expected to have some imperfections from their age or previous use and are therefore not considered defective. 

Refunds

If a return is authorized, the buyer is responsible for shipping the item fully insured and any costs associated with handling, repackaging, as well as any shipper costs back to MagicTrickCollection.com designated address location plus a potential restocking fee. Items MUST be packed with protection as received. Failure to packaged the item property may result in a rejection of a refund. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved for a return, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 15 days upon receipt of the item.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to an address provided during the refund process. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own fully insured (for the full value of the item) shipping costs for returning your item. Returning shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, it is required the buyer use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for damages or impacts resulting from the carrier.
