Worminator Effect and Performance Routine
The routine follows a comedy “sucker” plot with multiple surprises:
- The Setup: The magician introduces his favorite apple, “Mr. D. Licious,” and inflates a green 350-size balloon with a hand-drawn worm face to represent the “Worminator”.
- The Vanish: To stop the worm, the magician uses a “magic pest sprayer” filled with “invisible transport dust” to move the worm into a sealable burlap bag held by a volunteer.
- The “Bang” Reveal: Despite the volunteer’s efforts to keep it contained, every time the apple is placed on the table, the worm “disappears” from the bag with a loud BANG!.
- The Finale: In a final twist, the magician and volunteer switch places. When the sprayer is activated one last time, the worm vanishes for good—only to suddenly leap out of the bag for one final jump-scare escape.
